Depends on pressure, temperature and the products contained, dished heads are processed in a variety shapes, using various materials. Each dished heads is designed upon the process requirement as per ASME or other related standard. The dimension inspection is strictly monitored during the forming process following the drawings and within the fabrication tolerance to assure the safety and the maximum pressure the vessels can withstand while operating.
